Creating an Email Template

If you are repeatedly sending the same email over and over again, you can use email templates to apply your saved messages to emails that you are sending.

To get started, click on Templates in the header and then Add New Template.

You will need to add a title, a category for the email (i.e. Follow-Up) the subject line you want to use and the message itself.

When sending an email, select the template you would like to use from the apply template dropdown underneath the editor.
