In order to create tasks like reminders, meetings and calls, you will need to add your availability into Monty.
If you browse to your calendar settings , you will be able to add your availability for each day of the week.
You will also be able to block out time that you aren’t available. For instance, if your working day is 9am to 5pm but you usually take lunch at 1pm to 2pm, you will be able to add this as a ‘Busy’ time.
To add availability choose from the ‘Available’ or ‘Busy’ option drop down, then the day of the week, start time and finally end time. Once you click the add button, this will be added to the schedule below.
You will also be able to choose the minimum notice before for tasks that are being scheduled by other people using our appointment scheduling feature.
You can set yourself a daily limit of total tasks and also the time to allow before and after each task that you create.
