Our April Release Which Is Our Biggest To Date

April has been a huge month for us. We’ve onboarded plenty of new clients as well as releasing a ton of new features.

Here’s a run down of what you now have access to in your account :

Visitor Activity

This is one of our most exciting new features. When a lead submits the form from your website, you will be able to track all of their interactions with your website.

The various marketing details, days and time as well as the pages visited are all visible.

There will also be an alert indicator on your pipeline to tell you which deals have new visitor activity, since you last opened the deal.

This is extremely valuable when it comes to following up with prospects and finding it if prospects are still interested or not.

This is now live in your account and you will see the data immediately for any new leads coming in.

Zapier Integration

Another exciting feature for you. We now integrate with Zapier, allowing you to pass your deal information into various different platforms.

Our current Zapier integration will fire when a Deal is Created, Won or Lost. Giving you plenty of options to integrate that data with other software that you may be using.

To get started with this, simply email [email protected] to ask for your API key (soon to be available in your account).

Send Email From Deals

It’s now possible for your to email your leads or prospects directly form the deal page.

This exciting feature doesn’t require any setup and is ready for you to use now.

Live Chat Support

Our final major item is giving you the ability to log support or feature requests from with Monty.
